He then heads to Alsager, Cheshire, where he inspects a spacious three-bedroom semi-detached house that unfortunately has its space distributed awkwardly. Meanwhile, Martel visits Hartlepool, County Durham, to check out a two-bedroom terrace that is crying out for some modernization.
