In Dog City, the yearly delivery of flea powder has mysteriously gone missing, prompting local flatpaw Ace Hart and the charming Chief of Detectives, Rosie O'Gravy, to get to the bottom of the crime. Ace initially struggles to find the right leads, but their luck changes when they encounter a poetic pup named Mad Dog, who offers his assistance to Ace and the flatpaws in their quest for the truth!
