Eliot embarks on an intense training regimen with Artie to prepare for the Dog City marathon alongside Terri, only to discover that getting fit takes more than just a night of effort. Meanwhile, Ace Hart participates in the Fido Olympics, where he investigates the puzzling vanishing of the athletes and finds himself facing off against Bugsy Vile! Mr. Moggie also gets in on the action, reliving the classic story of "The Tortoise and the Hare." Additionally, viewers meet the Woof Pack superheroes, led by the Watch Dog, along with Pectoral Pooch, Plastic Lassie, Wonder Whelp, and Hear Boy!
