Episode Overview

Drew's pastor encourages him to lend a hand at a local seniors' center known for its challenging residents. When Mr. Wick catches wind of this, he persuades Mrs. Louder to mandate that all staff “volunteer” at retirement homes for positive media coverage. Gus, a spirited resident, persuades Drew to take the seniors on a shopping trip for inventory purposes. However, Gus snaps several photos and tips off a nearby news outlet, claiming Drew is mistreating the seniors. As a result, the elderly residents begin protesting outside Winfred-Louder, putting Drew's job on the line.
