Episode Overview
A large corporation seeks to persuade the residents of Drew's neighborhood to sell their homes for a new shopping center. Although Drew is hesitant, he agrees to consider their offer. Mrs. Louder reveals that her company, Winfred-Louder, is behind the initiative. Together with Mr. Wick, they try to charm Drew into selling. Although he dreams of relocating to lakefront property, he struggles with leaving his childhood home. Mimi proposes moving the entire house, which Mrs. Louder surprisingly supports. However, Mimi later uncovers through Wick's emails that the move is not happening. When Drew returns home, he finds half of his house has been removed ahead of schedule. Mrs. Louder and Wick claim it was rejected by the lakeside association and offer him another lot, which he reluctantly accepts.
