Episode Overview
Drew executes an intricate prank on Mimi, claiming she’ll never outdo him. Days later, he awakens on the Great Wall of China, stripped of his money and passport. In his pocket, he finds a tape recording from Mimi mocking him. He manages to hitch a ride to a nearby village, where a young woman fluent in English offers him a place to stay. To earn bus fare to Beijing and reach the U.S. embassy, he helps her family sell chickens. Meanwhile, Kate, Lewis, and Oswald grow worried when Drew misses his business trip to Winnipeg, unaware that Mimi orchestrated his trip to China by having her father's secretary sedate him and send him off. Though Ming eventually agrees to take Drew to Beijing, they discover the embassy is closed for Thanksgiving. Desperate, Drew attempts to earn money for a hotel by performing a sock puppet show.
