Episode Overview

Mr. Wick adamantly denies Drew’s unemployment benefits, insisting he resigned despite being fired. When another employee stands up for Drew, he loses his job. Drew vows to assist him in finding new work, and in return, the man offers him a cut of his first paycheck. Inspired, Drew starts an employment agency from home, which quickly flourishes. Meanwhile, Oswald and Lewis, unhappy at their jobs, turn to Drew for help. He thinks he can place both of them at a new restaurant, but there’s only one position available. Tensions rise as they pressure Drew to pick a favorite. Kate proposes they both audition for the role, but their attempts end in disaster. Luckily, Oswald discovers he never actually quit Global; he mistakenly walked into the wrong office. Lewis, on the other hand, decides to plead for his job back at DrugCo.
