Episode Overview
Kate creates a video resume for Drew to enhance his job prospects. He quickly lands a dinner interview with Proctor & Gamble. Meanwhile, Winfred-Louder is crumbling due to Mr. Wick's poor management. After he offends the cleaning crew, they refuse to clean up the mess. Wick begs Drew to return as co-manager, but Drew believes he can achieve more. Wick’s bold mother attempts to help her son by showing up at Drew's home, leading to an awkward encounter that Wick witnesses, causing chaos. Drew loses the Proctor & Gamble opportunity due to Mrs. Wick's actions. As Mr. Wick goes missing from work, the board offers Drew the manager position, which he accepts. A drunken Wick later confronts friends Steve, Kate, Lewis, and Oswald, claiming Drew had an affair with his mother.
