Helen Little, the mother, inadvertently inhales one of the chemicals Dr. Hunter sprayed to capture the Littles, leaving her gravely ill. The only cure available is at the Bigs Clinic, so Henry decides to fake an illness in order to sneak in and retrieve the medication for her.
