Episode Overview
Fred is furious to learn that Faith is getting back together with Bosco. Meanwhile, Bosco begins to trust his brother's claims of sobriety after Mikey provides a lead on Ecstasy dealers, resulting in a successful bust. Following the hostage crisis, the department's therapist conducts debriefings, stirring various emotions in Kim, Carlos, and Holly when she discloses that Doc is in Bellevue on suicide watch, hinting that the aftermath of 9/11 may have contributed to his breakdown. As Maritza investigates the murder of an Ecstasy dealer at a rave, she uncovers a potential turf war among dealers. She then tells Bosco that the evidence suggests Mikey is a key Ecstasy dealer who may have used him to eliminate rivals. Both Bosco and Maritza go on separate missions to find Mikey, but tragedy strikes when Maritza and Dade stop Mikey's car near the rave.
