Episode Overview
After losing her appeal for suspension, Sasha finds herself in a tragic car accident that results in the death of a young child. Meanwhile, Sully and Ty are preparing for the L.S.A.T., and tensions rise between the police and firefighters when Maritza confronts J.D., a rookie firefighter with a past as an ex-cop who testified against her former partner for drug theft. Faith and Fred continue to clash over her decision to return to work. In the midst of this, Walsh receives a promotion to lieutenant. Ty stays close to a guilt-ridden Sasha, who is haunted by the accident, Doc's shooting, and the deaths of Tanzi and Nardo. J.D. later provides Faith and Bosco with crucial evidence he found while extinguishing the fire from Sasha's accident, helping the police piece together the truth and clear Sasha's name.
