Faith takes charge as she negotiates the conclusion of a live hostage crisis on television, held by a vampire cult leader who has taken Emily captive. Just as the situation escalates, Bosco swoops in to save the day. Meanwhile, Cruz tries to broker a peace deal with a gang member to resolve the conflict plaguing the 55th Precinct, but his efforts backfire when the gang leader rallies his crew for an attack instead.
