Roger urges Flip to quit drinking and distancing himself from his party-loving friends. However, Flip ignores his concerns, leading to a tragic incident where he and his friends accidentally run over Heather with their car. At the same time, Fonzie holds auditions for a new barber to take over after his longtime stylist passes away. Meanwhile, Jenny, K.C., Bobby, and Melvin take on the responsibility of organizing decorations for the upcoming Winter Carnival.
