Title: Empty Nest Plot: With Joanie, Lori Beth, and Richie Jr. having moved out of the Cunningham residence, Marion seeks new activities to fill her days. At the same time, Fonzie struggles to manage Arnold's on his own while juggling his garage and teaching responsibilities. Faced with the mounting pressure, he decides to put his share of Arnold's up for sale.
