Episode Overview

After the high school is vandalized, Officer Kirk sets a curfew. Richie proposes that they protest against the curfew, get arrested, and challenge it legally. While Richie, Potsie, and Ralph are in the restroom at Arnold's discussing their strategy, the lights suddenly go out, revealing that they are trapped inside after Arnold has locked up for the night.
