A scout from Eastern Florida University, eager to recruit Chachi for the basketball team, presents him with a scholarship and a variety of enticing extras, such as a cheerleading scholarship for Joanie. Fonzie can’t contain his excitement for Chachi’s big opportunity, but Howard and Roger are skeptical, believing that the offers might be too good to be genuine.
