Episode Overview

Joanie is faced with the tough choice of choosing between UCLA and the nearby UWM for college. Although she dreams of attending UCLA, Howard strongly encourages her to pick UWM, even tempting her with the offer of a new car. After careful consideration, Joanie surprises everyone by declaring that she has decided not to go to college at all.
