Al confides in Chachi about his boring, routine existence, prompting Chachi to propose that he ask his mother on a date. The following evening, Al arrives at Arnold's looking unkempt and informs Chachi that his mother is already in a relationship. Chachi is taken aback and pledges to investigate the situation further.
