Five teenagers face the stark truths of prison life at the Maryland Correctional Institution at Jessup, surrounded by intimidating inmates, including those convicted of murder who taunt them. Among the teens are 17-year-old Steve, who is drawn to the "outlaw" lifestyle; Brandon, also 17, with a record of five arrests; Dion, who openly confesses to dealing drugs; and 13-year-old Sahn, who has a penchant for stealing polo shirts due to his love for fashion.
