In Oklahoma County, a surge of gang activity and street crime is gripping the community. Vulnerable teenagers are increasingly drawn into the allure of gang life. For two sets of at-risk girls, the thought of jail holds no fear compared to the dangers of the streets. They challenge authorities and intimidate fellow inmates. However, when one girl reaches her limit, she reacts violently, attacking a deputy and discovering the harsh realities of being arrested.
