Episode Overview
The Destiny is in desperate need of refueling, but every time they exit FTL, the drones seem to be lying in wait. It’s unclear how the drones anticipate their arrival, but with only one attempt left before they deplete their fuel, they must act fast. Eli proposes a risky plan: to navigate through a blue supergiant star, despite the potential for catastrophic heat damage to the ship. With no better options, Colonel Young orders everyone to evacuate to the nearest planet, leaving Eli and Rush behind. Lisa chooses to stay as well to harvest some medicinal herbs, only to find herself trapped as the Destiny passes through the star. Meanwhile, Young and the others discover remnants of a lost civilization—and the ominous presence of the drones—on the planet.
