Shen Long has finally made his appearance! Pilaf attempts to voice his wish to dominate the world, but Oolong beats him to it with his silly request for “a girl’s panties,” which gets granted instead. With Oolong's wish fulfilled, Shen Long vanishes and the Dragon Balls scatter across the globe. Furious, Pilaf traps Goku and his friends in a reinforced glass room, planning to eliminate them using the blazing rays of the sun. However, things take an unexpected turn…?
