Episode Overview
Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond embark on a nostalgic journey through Europe, exploring iconic motorsport venues in a pair of meticulously restored 1950s sports cars. Clarkson drives the Aston Martin DB4 GT lightweight while Hammond pilots the Jaguar XKSS, kicking off their adventure at the Pau street circuit in France. Their fun is soon interrupted by James May, who shows up in a modern Honda Civic Type R, claiming it outperforms their classics in every aspect. Additionally, Jeremy revisits some unfinished business by putting the Ford GT, which first appeared in episode 2, through its paces on the track. In the Celebrity Face Off segment, Stewart Copeland of The Police takes on Nick Mason from Pink Floyd in a contest to find the world’s fastest drummer.
