Episode Overview

After Megan's soccer coach Mitch departs, Bernie steps up to take charge of the team. Tony starts to feel inadequate as a father when he observes Bernie connecting with Megan more effectively as her coach than he ever could as her dad. Unbeknownst to Tony, Bernie has a clever strategy to inspire the young women on the team, igniting their competitive spirit and leading them towards victory.
