Episode Overview

Meanwhile, an infant suffers temporary paralysis and nearly loses their life after accidentally swallowing soil laced with the highly lethal botulinum toxin. In another case, a new mother experiences severe pain due to a piece of gauze that was accidentally left in her abdomen following her C-section.
