As Jeff grapples with his feelings about hitting the big 4-0, he finds solace in alcohol, drinking to the point of blacking out. In his unconscious state, he dreams that he and his friends have transformed into characters from the "G.I. Joe" cartoon, embarking on thrilling adventures together.
