Episode Overview

Barney's friends are eager to tidy up the park, but Kami finds it tough to keep pace with the others, even when they pretend to be ants in a parade! Barney and Scott head to the Idea Bench, where Scott suggests a fantastic plan: to show Kami that while the caboose is at the end of the train, it holds great importance because that's where the conductor sits. With Kami as "Conductor for the Day," they explore trains and enjoy a model train set. Together, they clean up the old caboose in the park while singing "I've Been Working On the Railroad." After Barney explains how railroad signal flags function, the kids create their own flags and wave them joyfully around the park. They discover that everyone, from the front to the back, is special in their own way.
