Episode Overview

Dharma's parents come to join her for their usual yoga class, only to discover her in tears as her students have abandoned her for a trendy self-defense class nearby. Despite Greg's best attempts to lift her spirits, their antics lead to their removal from Kitty's fundraising opera event. While emptying her locker, Dharma stumbles into the self-defense class run by the eccentric Spyder, who is spreading panic with exaggerated crime flyers. When Dharma confronts the false claims, Spyder responds with aggression, triggering a nightmare where Dharma grapples with her pacifist values. In a bid to stand up to Spyder, both Dharma and Greg end up on the losing side of a fight.
