Episode Overview
During a typical clash with her in-laws, Dharma and Greg receive an urgent call and hurry to the hospital. There, they discover a partially incapacitated Pete, who has dislocated both shoulders in an unusual car accident. Greg is less than thrilled with Dharma's decision to care for Pete as he recovers. After a chaotic trip to Pete's place to retrieve his cat, Dharma gains an unsettling glimpse into Pete's unremarkable life, leading her to commit to revitalizing both his physical and emotional well-being. Meanwhile, Kitty persuades Abby's "Save the Ducks" fundraising group that instead of earning $800 from a bake sale, they could net $80,000 with an upscale celebrity dinner featuring either Alan Alda or one of the Baldwin brothers. However, the celebrity guest turns out to be the environmentally clueless Andrew Dice Clay.
