Monroe (2011)

Episode Overview

After a 13-year-old girl is brought into the hospital following a car accident, Monroe is skeptical about her chances of survival and worries that surgery could leave her with significant impairments. Despite this, her father pleads with him to proceed with the operation, urging him to give her a fighting chance, no matter the risks. Meanwhile, the trainees are preparing for their final evaluations, and Shepherd contemplates his future at the hospital after his recent split with Bremner.
