When entertainers Soren and Frederica from Reno lose their beloved trained dolphin, The Fin, they reach out to Arthur, who brings the Tick along to help. Unbeknownst to them, The Fin has sinister plans to dominate the world using his Fish Magnet, intending to inundate the city with fish. Meanwhile, the Tick struggles with an unexpected gambling addiction but ultimately conquers it. In a thrilling showdown, he defeats The Fin by outlasting him in a breath-holding contest, saving Reno from an aquatic disaster.
