El Seed has made his comeback, intent on wreaking havoc by forcing a 400-year-old flower to bloom in a catastrophic manner. This disaster occurs in the absence of soothing music. Meanwhile, Professor Ichibana, the keeper of this extraordinary flower, inadvertently swaps it with The Tick and Arthur, drawing the superheroes back into El Seed's chaotic plans. El Seed unleashes Rosebud, who successfully snatches the flower from Arthur. Though El Seed attempts to control its dangerous bloom, he fails. The city’s only hope lies in The Tick's unexpected opera singing to counter the impending doom.
