Episode Overview

Host Eric Adjepong invites three skilled fruit specialists from around the country to compete against Chef Alex Guarnaschelli in a showdown for the ultimate fruit dish. In the first round, the chefs determine the ingredients that will set the course for the challenge, which could either provide them with an edge or allow Alex to shine. After judges Troy Johnson and Lee Anne Wong eliminate one contestant, the remaining chefs intensify their focus on produce as they strive for a chance to win up to $15,000.
