Episode Overview

Candace finds herself in a bind when her dog is accused of siring a litter of puppies, leading to demands for $1,200 in "puppy support." Determined to clear her dog's name, Justin sets out to gather DNA from one of the pups, but soon discovers that the mother dog belongs to a menacing man who operates a home for recently released inmates. Meanwhile, Burski and Leslie are at odds over the implications of their kiss from the last episode, while Shelly excitedly announces he's throwing a holiday party, only to realize that all his friends have other plans.
