Episode Overview

Herman and the gang come together to assist Mr. Bracken in kicking his smoking habit by each pledging to eliminate one of their own bad habits as a gesture of solidarity. However, this collective effort backfires, leading to chaos among the team. Their heightened stress coincides with an impending assessment by a corporate consultant, who is evaluating team performance and potential layoffs.
