Episode Overview

It's Kyle and Andy's birthday, but Andy feels sidelined on his own big day. To cheer him up, they head to a restaurant known for its massive 4.5-pound steak. Jim, wanting to alleviate some tension since Cheryl feels overshadowed by Dana's lavish spending on their kids, offers to cover the bill. Dana, confident in her earnings, states she can handle the expenses, which angers Jim. In an attempt to assert his role, he buys a donkey for the girls, thinking it’ll win their affection. However, chaos ensues when the donkey damages a painting for Kyle's room, prompting a much-needed conversation to resolve their conflicts.
