Before heading back home, Sergeant Garcia riles up Theresa, a tamale vendor, while attempting to enforce the orders of the acting governor. Luis Rico has made the decision to clear all vendors from the plaza, disregarding their protests. In response, Diego assures Theresa that he will do his best to assist her.
