The team grapples with the clash between government regulations and optimal patient care as Covid-19 cases rise, including a colleague, Divina, who is struggling. Meanwhile, cancer patient Sally fears for her life. Abbey faces the difficult decision to discharge a care home resident without adequate testing. Despite their efforts, the team experiences heartbreak during a tearful farewell.
