A year has passed since Tsukune first stepped into Youkai Academy. As spring break comes to an end, he rushes to school, eager to meet Moka-san again, only to bump into an adorable girl on a bicycle. Once at school, Moka and her friends are soon the center of attention among the new students. They discover a pile of fan mail in Moka's shoe locker, sent by the newcomers who admire her. However, among the cheerful letters, one stands out—a chilling threat that reads, "I’m taking your life."
