Episode Overview
Winston reaches out to Diane and her sons during their vacation to inform them that UBRI has secured the contract for ORCA City, which poses a risk to a nearby fish breeding area. As ORCA's newly appointed environmental officer, Diane swiftly halts the construction and initiates an environmental assessment of the location. While diving for samples, Jason finds himself trapped beneath a collapsed strut. A rescue team is organized, and Charlie contacts Neri, who arrives just in time to save Jason as his air supply dwindles. Diane presents her case against UBRI at a tribunal, which rules in her favor, halting the construction. Meanwhile, Neri thwarts Dr. Hellegren's attempts to destroy the breeding ground, leading Hellegren to warn Jason and Brett to stay out of his way.
