While experiencing a brainfreeze, Brainfreeze unexpectedly summons a genie. However, the residents of Monster Beach are all too content to make use of their three wishes. The genie, feeling neglected, craves someone dissatisfied and morally ambiguous. That's when Dr. Knutt makes his entrance.
