Tonto and the Lone Ranger are hot on the trail of cattle thieves, but they can't figure out how the rustlers are managing to move such a significant number of cattle without detection. The Lone Ranger theorizes that the culprits might be residing in a nearby town, masquerading as upstanding members of the community, and he resolves to look into it further.
