In a town controlled by corrupt politicians, the residents rally together to launch a petition for a recall election. Alarmed by this move, the politicians resort to stealing the petition to sabotage the process. Tonto and the Lone Ranger spring into action, determined to retrieve the stolen document and ensure that the recall election can take place as planned.
