Episode Overview
Maintaining a healthy diet is a daily struggle for many. In this week's Elimination Challenge, the chefs must demonstrate that nutritious meals can be delicious too. The remaining contestants will be divided into three teams of three, tasked with creating breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the cast of The Biggest Loser. However, there’s a catch: the total calorie count for all three meals combined must not exceed 1500 calories for the day.
