Episode Overview

A man begins exhibiting symptoms of schizophrenia without any clear cause, but the Secret Service remains tight-lipped about the situation. Meanwhile, Roy finds himself the subject of someone's affection, though John dismisses him, claiming he lacks charisma. In an unexpected turn of events, paramedics rush to a false alarm on a fireboat, only to discover a plane crash victim in need of help. They also assist in the delivery of a premature baby and intervene to save a man poised to leap from a high building.
