Johnny comes up with yet another clever scheme, proposing that Station 51 purchase a local hot dog stand. As always, Roy is the voice of reason, and this time his hesitation proves beneficial. The paramedics find themselves assisting a man who has hurt himself while mowing his lawn, and later, they rush to save those affected by a fire at a chemical plant.
