In a twist of fate, an elk convinces Johnny that they are a pair of married elephants while evading a group she believes to be a dangerous mob intent on world domination. Meanwhile, in a historical flashback, Johnny’s ancestor from Bedrock is saved by none other than Fred Flintstone. To express his gratitude, he ends up taking on Fred's household tasks, leading to a series of comedic mishaps as he navigates life in prehistoric times.
