Magnum and Higgins are taken aback when one of her ex-MI6 colleagues arrives with a new gunshot wound and alarming information: "the Viper," the assassin responsible for the death of Higgins' true love, is back on Oahu. As Magnum dedicates himself to assisting Higgins in the hunt for the Viper, he enlists Rick to step in on another case. Rick enjoys the challenge at first, but things quickly spiral out of control.
