Episode Overview

After a Marine Corps veteran's SUV is taken with her service dog still inside, Magnum and Higgins set out to locate the vehicle, the dog, and the car thief, who they suspect might be an escaped victim of kidnapping. Meanwhile, TC faces a lawsuit from an unhappy customer and turns to Rick and Jin for assistance in demonstrating that he’s being duped.
