Magnum hesitates when infamous crime lord Osi Shima (Eijiro Ozaki) asks him to track down his missing son. However, things take a dire turn when Magnum discovers he’s been poisoned and has just eight hours to find Shima's son in order to secure the antidote, or face certain death.
